Sigma 120-300 2.8 EX APO HSM

Hi guys

I recently spotted a Sigma 120-300 2.8 EX APO HSM for a ridiculous price. Seller wants 1500$ and says its negotiable. I told him for 1100 id get it.

Here in switzerland its very dificult to sell lenses due to not so much demand here, so i guess nobody wants it.. I want it neither nor do i need it so i dont knwo if i should get this one since it is so damn cheap...

Ohhmygod on the same facebook page someone is selling his canon 85Lii for 1300$ in top condition. Im gonna die right now

how much does one with OS sell for?

This is precisely why you shouldn't buy it, or anything you don't want/need, just because it's "cheap" or is a "good deal."

op, btw, you probably know already, but the new contemporary version got a firmware update for AF problems. so even if you got this older one, it might have some AF problems. so, no need to feel too bad about missing out. get the 85 instead!

Tbh i hadnt bought the sigma. But that 85L is tempting at that price...
