How to make MAIN+FILL result in only 1 catchlight?

I have a 48" octa as my key and a 60" octa behind camera for fill. I was wondering if it's possible to get loop lighting and use my fill light to bring up the shadows, but in the eyes only have 1 catchlight instead of two. Does anyone know what kind of setup would allow this? Basically I want it to look like theres only one light involved, while still being able to bring up the shadows (I don't have access to v-flats unfortunately so I have to use fill light). Thanks!

Desired lighting examples, except I want my shadows to be much brighter (if you can provide diagrams that would be amazing!):

Use a big white reflector on the shadow side.

The linked samples don't seem to match your described desires. As for loop and non-catchlight fill, you can achieve that result with a single light in a small, white shooting space. I used a bare bulb near a corner, and the area fill was free. In fact, I had to flag the right side of the subject to get some shadow definition. Not loop lighting in this shot, but that's just a matter of centering the light.

Photoshop it out. It's like a 10 second job to clone it out or do what Mmmm suggested. I've done both.

Put one of the lights outside the "family of angles" that will reflect back into the camera lens.
