I have been out of the game for a while. 1) I lost interest in photography 2) because everyone wanted me to do senior portraits of their kids and 3) lastly I hate to admit this but I have health issues that have greatly impacted my eyes. All of my gear is Canon so selling and switching isn't an option plus my wife wants the hand me down body. I think the live view would be a plus because I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and I love to watch them run and play and with the live screen that would be a huge plus. Also looking through the viewfinder isnt possible anymore because everything is blurry with or without glasses. Yes my eyes are that bad. No I am not looking for sympathy. Is anyone else looking forward to the live tracking/autofocus feature. I have a hard time trusting the autofocos. I am going to try shooting some more before I take the plunge if I do. I can't want to see some of the reviews and with luck I hopw this will work out.

Thoughts, suggestions or comments are welcome

You can get a 70D for the same price or maybe less through CanonPriceWatch, and its live view / autofocus is among the best in the business.

I would wait for the T6s and see how it fairs....

I think the T6s is a really compelling camera so you should definitely read all of the major reviews when it comes out.
