It was one of those quick pull off to the shoulder of the road kind of moments on the way home from work with the camera in my lap. Them red tails are some of the hardest birds to get to sit still for a photo shoot. Thats what makes them so fun to shoot I guess. I loved this in flight shot mainly cause he flew at me instead of away like most times.
