i was wonder if anyone k knows of a online cloud were i could see what i upload like picture i know amazon has and prime member ship were get get two days free shipping plus unlined photo storage buy it does not have a sync option does any know i am looking to switch from a serive called backup they was good but they want to charge me more money

Your post is difficult to understand. I suspect you want a backup service for photos that has thumbnails. You can use a dedicated photo service like PhotoShelter, a sync site like DropBox, or a general computer backup site like Crashplan. These are just examples, there are many more of each type.
