Here are some jumping spiders from CR; these little spiders are quite amusing and their antics and curiosity never fail to delight!

This little jumper was found by Andres and when he was finished with him, he placed him on a pebble on the ground. He was quite content to remain there so I picked the pebble up and placed it in the palm of my hand; was able to obtain some cute shots of him...

He was quite perplexed at this point!

nice captures although I think a single flash works better for the catch light in their eyes.

Wonderful captures of highly engaging jumpers. I love the quisical look of the jumper in the 5th capture as he cocks his head to one side - it reminds me of my Fox Terrier as she loves to turn her head to the side when looking perplexed.

Thank you so much for all your comments. Spiders have always been quite difficult for me to shoot but I am slowly getting there!
