Early last summer I posted a pic of the doe with three fawns that reside down at the south end of my pasture along the creek. I still see them every day and they are doing just great. Fun to watch them grow up. Here is a pic of them, though not the greatest, its been hard to get them all together for a family portrait. You know how kids can be.:-)

Good shot of the family Terry and nice to see they are doing fine. Was expecting a very deep and white scene to go with them, so where is the snow?

Thanks Stacy. Do wish sometimes we had a little more open country like you folks do. Great area you live and photograph in.:-)

Thanks Steve. Well, snow and winter have been on short supply here this year. We still have time to get more winter yet. I'm really hoping that the summer isn't as dry as the winter has been. Lots of tundra swans showing up. Hoping to get a few good days photographing them.:-)

It's nice to see them in a group, and looking healthy too! Well done Terry.

Thanks Sandy. It is great that they are healthy and fine. It will be fun to see momma with her new one or ones this early summer.:-)

Look really healthy, and what do you mean not the greatest pic? Looks good to me.

Our Deer are not doing so well around here. With two cold winters in a row and so much snow cover they are having a hard go. A deer yard just north of us has a half dozen or so with chunks of flesh hanging off from Wolf attacks. Lots of Deer will def perish this year. Have had quite a few die out on the lakes early in the year. Wolves give chase onto the ice and the Deer go down and cannot get up = Wolf dinner.
