Hi - My wife and I hosted a 'vertical' wine tasting last night. A vertical is successive vintages of a particular wine. We tasted a 2010, 2011, and 2012 "Lozen" from Arizona Stronghold, which is their Bordeaux blend. No particular winner for the night, but everyone agreed that the wines were better with food.
