Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II issues with deep blacks.

I changed the cartridges, I switched back to OEM ink, and ran multiple cleanings and deep cleanings. I still can't get the blacks to show properly. The deep blacks so blue. Yes, I made sure the cartridges were in the right slots =P

If the cleaning cycles gave good results, try a head alignment and or a Nozzle Check to see if the black section of the print head is operating correctly.

I you have not been using Canon inks, it is possible that you may have damaged the print head.

how to unclog your print head if it's not toast!

It's a well-known issue that the print heads in the 9000 do not play nice with non-OEM inks. Kids on your printer her probably toast. However, look on the bright side. You can now get yourself a brand-new PIXMA pro 100! ;-)a. Welcome to the modern world!

Looks like your print head is stuck/faulty. Had similar issues with one of my canon printers. Took it back to Canon. Had to change the whole head. And cartridges too. They were originals.
