Congrats, darkslinger. Nice peppers. I agree with Benitoite about focus stacking. That would probably do it.
Did you eat those peppers after shooting them?? :eek:

Another solution you might have would be to composite in a shot taken with a smaller aperture stop.

Tried to capture a sense of how hot it was at Ayres Rock. Bit unsure of what you might do in post processing to emphasise the 40+ degrees C it was.
