There's a party every weekend at Glass House Winery. Friends of mine own it. They have a huge pile of empty bottles growing that's very cool - not one bottle is broken.

Hi Blake,

The "melted glass" was actually a cornflour, soya sauce and water mixture so it was reasonably easy to clean up. However my wife was wondering what I was cooking at first and became a bit concerned when I poured it all over our cooktop.

Thanks for your kind comment. I had a lot of fun making this photo, and have to admit that the best part was emptying (ie drinking) the bottle of wine before setting it up for the photo!
