This one was in Monmouth County. Sandy Hook and Barnegat Light State Park are where most Seals are seen (winter only), but it's a matter of luck.

Thanks for the tip that's really interesting. I live about 10 minutes from the beach in Brick but I am almost never by the water in the winter :-)
