Nice idea Tom. I briefly looked through my wildlife images and didn't see anything thing that caught my eye except, this shot I took a while back.

Red-winged Blackbird with a Leaf-footed Bug lurking in the background.

Shot4u2,

What a lovely photograph. Thanks for taking the time to share it with us. I've been concentrating on birds this Spring but I need to make sure I get the flowers also. Thx for reminding me.

Mike,
I think that is spectacular! I especially love the way the main doe is perfectly profiled at 90 degrees to the camera, and the background doe is perfectly head-on at 180 degrees. What a cool dynamic that creates!

Thanks - pure luck having the doe in the background - I was concentrating on getting the subject enough in the frame to get a shot (they wandered so close that my lens ended up having too much reach eh).

How far in the back ground do we have to be Tom,....Is four or five inches ok

Looks good to me! Any distance is fine.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
