Didn't these films come in a cardboard box packed in sealed foil? Cannot remember canisters.

120/220 film never came from Kodak/Fuji/Agfa in cannisters...they were simply in sealed foil 'envelopes'.

It was possible to BUY from retail vendors opaque plastic containers to hold film.

I've got a ton of spools, but I hate transporting them in the foil. I found some old rollei canisters but people want like a million bucks for some plastic from 1970 lol

I found some on a UK site but won't ship to US for some reason

Porter's used to sell them, but unfortunately they are no longer in business. But found another source...
