This little family of ostriches was spotted in Botswana, Africa in October, 2014.

I'm following the Birds of Europe and Birds of Australia threads, but only discovered this today. I am trying to resurrect it and hope I'm not the only one that is going to post here.
A Kori bustard (Ardeotis kori). It is the heaviest flying bird from Africa, and is the national bird of Botswana

Good idea, I don't think I'll post here, but I like the birds, so hopefully there is more to see soon.
