Is there any full/mostly full portrait retouch video like this that is not self-advertising actions?

I found this blog post and at first glance was really excited to see a clean portrait like that with a tutorial of their photoshop workflow. After closer inspection I found its just advertising for the photographers action sets, which is fine, but I'm not planning on buying actions. Her portrait edits are clean with tons of depth and I was wondering if there was any blog post/article or video that goes over a PS flow like this does? I know there are ton of editting resources on Youtube but a lot of it goes into skin retouching or split toning/etc which I'm not after. Its more turning the sooc image into the style this photographer has gotten.

What specifically are you looking for then? A portrait retouch does always include a certain level of skin retouching. Her screenshot just does a tiny amount of saturation, some vignetting and some dodge and burn. Going through the individual videos for these topics can show you what's possible and then you can experiment your way to finding what's most pleasing to your eye.
