Not that I know of but 18mm FOV on 1.6 crop is about 29mm FOV on full frame(35mm equivalent).

It's probably not shown in LR because DSLR's generally don't actually put anything in that field. Little point in bothering with data that is not included in the vast majority of the images that will be in LR. Which is why of course for the image that you posted the field is empty anyway.
