The knowledge of the members of this website/forum is mind blowing, something that came to mind and I have been thinking about for days now, is, just how mind blowing the website/forum is, it has as many bells and whistles as a high dollar camera has.
I can tell there has been a lot of time and effort put in creating it by some very smart people.
I would like to thank all you for what you do to help and make it easier for people that want to learn photography,
Don

One nice thing to comment on:

POTN has been around since the fairly early days of digital photography, and for much of that time POTN mambers have advanced to "good photo gear", which as a whole has been Canon DSLRs and decent lenses for those DSLRs, even if they find a favorite Sigma lens or, well, whatever.

In recent times the whole field of digital equipment has pretty dramatically evolved, where now you see people proliferating with, say, Nikon DSLRs, but with mirrorless and a slew of brands, and in its recent revision, POTN has done its best to embrace that trend and we see increasing amounts of members who are using something other than a Canon DSLR, and I believe they are getting good support here!
