Wordpress membership or event planning?

Any wordpress gurus on here? I am mulling over collecting wedding data from my brides and I thought it would be nice to integrate it somehow in my website. I like to work on shot lists with family names, etc and right now I just have a pdf form to email. I'd love to integrate an online option so they can work at it over time and I will have access to it. Any suggestions? I am looking at google forms with a wp plugin but it would be nice to create a little area on my site for each bride to do these tasks as well as have interaction with me and/or have access to other info. Not even sure what to search. Would this be considered a membership site?

If I am understanding you right now you have your clients fill out PDF and they email it to you and you want to have this done in WP. If that's the case you can certainly create a contact form that asks whatever questions you need answered and this can be emailed to you.

Thanks for the replies. I will check out gravity forms. I don't think the membership plugin is quite what I am going for but I appreciate the link. I found this: http://customer-area.marvinlabs.com/ and it appears promising for what I would like to accomplish. I will still need a form that I can collect data and I will research if gravity forms fits the bill. Thanks again, everyone.
