This handsome fellow was surveying his surrounding from the top-most twig late yesterday afternoon.

Very nice, Janet. Hope to get a Bluebird someday. Is that buds forming? Hope-hope!

Nice image Janet. Our pears will be in peak bloom in a couple days, now all I need is one of our resident Bluebirds to sit on it.

Loved this...
How eager I am to see mine back again for this spring.
Only not sure if the guy knows in 3 days, it is officially Spring.

Where are you, Rog that you don't see bluebirds...or perhaps you just meant you haven't had a good opportunity to shoot one. Yes, those are buds that you see in the pic. This was taken late Sunday afternoon, and after a day of warm sunshine yesterday, the bottom half of that tree is covered in blossoms! ߘ

Thank you, Butterfly. One of my favorite birds, too!

Brad, I'm wishing you pear blossoms and bluebirds! Can't wait to see what you capture.

Wishing you spring, Samsen - a day like today. 76 degrees, blue skies, sunshine, and singing, twittering birds!

Thank you all for the comments! I am awed by the beauty that surrounds us.

Sweet shot Janet! Bluebird, blue sky, you can't go wrong with that combo!
