Really the first one I've done from photos I took. What do you guys think?

The photo looks sweet!
For the title text on the top: I would try something with more contrast so it stands out more. Maybe a different color, or a white outline, or a background, or a combination of those.

For the schedule section: I would make the square background less transparent. Align the times, maybe have the times in their own column. And try to make the Rochester text stand out more.

What are the names on the right? If they are players, what about their numbers and positions?

The photo looks great.
Another comment regarding the names in the upper right, they don't seem to be spaced evenly. The six names in the left column line up between the sixth and seventh name in the right column. It also looks like 'Brady Parish' is indented a little to the right as the B in Brady doesn't line up with the B in Bryce from the previous name.

Thanks for the comments I'll try those suggestions. You're right about Brady's name. I had a typo and forgot to realign. They get uniforms this week so don't have names or positions yet.

The poster looks great! I agree with the comments already given but those are small issues. The names on the right side just need some more spacing between the two columns. I wouldn't clutter it up by adding their jersey numbers or position, but that is just me. I would also change the heading color to white or their jersey colors outlined in white. Outside of that it is a great concept!

That's true. I guess it depends on what you are doing with this. If it is being handed out at games or is it just to print the schedule? If they are handing out a separate roster sheet, I wouldn't worry about it. If this is meant to replace the roster sheets, you at least need the numbers with the names.

I'm not doing anything with one. This was a "I'm bored and will mess with something for a few minutes." That turned into a holy crap it's what time! lol

It's funny having others look at your work though. I didn't notice how off the names were and now I don't see anything else.

I think that is very cool. Making some of the adjustments suggested above it will look incredible!
