Heavy contrast and rich processing are okay for me on most of these but the second to last picture you posted is impossible for me to read.

personally, I would try and lighten the grandmother's face slightly in #1 as I think it will only improve the image (at least for me)

similar to above, I tried to figure out what I'm looking at in #4 and I don't know

i really, really like #2 & #3 - truly excellent

i would like to see #4 in colour if you had it

not my style of processing but very well done

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

Number 5 is an arm around the bride, couldn't tell you who's... it was so dark... only the spotlight was lighting it, but I liked the gesture and the isolation the spotlight gave it.

Its funny that you say too much contrast, I don't touch the contrast or saturation dials...

Do all the photos look like this? Seems to be awfully dark for a wedding. different, that's for sure.

No not all the pictures are so dark. I am exposing for the highlights and letting everything else fall where it may.

Number five is an arm around the bride...

I think #5, because you know what the picture was and can see it, unfortunately even when you tell us looks like an arm around a bald head (which the bride isn't bald) - so lightening the picture slightly in the shadows would do wonders.
