I hope Adorma doesn't do it to you, the way they did for, to convert me from a total fan, into a total frustrated person.

For anyone in need of a good deal on 55-250mm that we were talking earlier here, as best L alternative for price, have a look here:
Directly from Canon, $119.99 plus $5 shipping, goes for a total of under $125 for as EF-s 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS-II-refurbished with one year USA usual warranty.

I believe it is the New version, Mark II, Non STM ver of this excellent lens, at a price hard to resist.

Thanks! Thought I'd see what it's all about. End price with tax is $138.

Sorry to hear Adorma didn't suit you. I've used them on several occasions and I'm super happy with them.

You are welcome and good to know.
As for Adorama, if you are happy with them, then try B&H or even better BuyDig.com and I promise you would be A LOT more happier and best of all you will see they actually care about you, unlike the insults I have received, from Adorama, instead of product. But then personal feelings and needs are different. I only tried to be helpful.

I have a few new test images to post, but I'm out right now. I'll share them in a couple of hours when I get home and I can focus a little more.

I'm so very sorry to hear about your negative experience which I can assure you is the exception, and not the rule, here at Adorama Camera.
I'm unable to identify your order without more information, but if you'd like to contact me personally at Helen@adorama.com I will give your complaint my immediate attention.

Please accept my apologies for any disappointment or frustration caused, and I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Keep the 18-135 and add a 200 2.8L (mark I or II) sounds like a very good option.
