I thought I'd share how I carry my Sony gear. I have the LowePro Photo Runner 100 (apparently, they're out of mica color) and it will hold my a7r + either my FE 24-70 or FE 16-35 mounted and the other one stored in the bag, my FE 55 f1.8 + FE 35 f2.8 stacked, battery charger, 4 batteries + 1 in camera, wireless remote control (I bought the 2nd one because it will also start/stop video) and a micro-fiber cleaning cloth. Misc. odds and ends such as the usb cable for the camera and the usb charger that came with the camera.

I have a Peak Design strap on the camera which works very well since it is so thin, it takes up very little room.

I can either sling the bag off my shoulder or with the built in belt, wear it around my waist, whichever is the most convenient at the time. I can also attach a small monopod or tripod to the bottom straps on the bag.

Everything in the photo below weighs in at about 6.6 lbs.

Here's everything packed in the bag. I pulled the Peak Design strap out of the way so you could see inside better and to show how thin the strap is too. The strap fits above the camera easily.
