Help with Water mark / logo / signature

Anyone have any ideas or want to help me create a waterlogo / signature for my photos? or even a cool font thats out there?

I feel like mine are so plain.


I would like it to say either my last name: Hiradate
or first initial w/ last name: Y.Hiradate
and or full name: Yoshi Hiradate

Here are a couple of what I use, but am not really too fond of.

Nothing wrong with those, they look great. The plainer and simpler the better IMO.

Agreed. I like the middle one best.

Yup, I didn't quite go crazy over this question, but did spend some time looking at a few jillion fonts, finally settled on one called Playball. Lots of fonts out there if you want to look at more, the link above is a good one. Of your 3, I like the center one best.

as someone already suggested, DaFont.com is an awesome resource to download more fonts. You can even type in your watermark text so you can preview the font with the text you'll be using.

another thing you could do is write out a signature or whatever text you want by hand with a sharpie on white paper, scan it and bring it into photoshop. If you remove the white background and leave just the signature, that might be another option for you.
