When I was with Canon, my all-time favorite lens was my 50L. Since switching to Fuji, I made sure the 35 1.4 was in my arsenal, and I've got no complaints with it whatsoever as far as image quality.

But 56mm f1.2 is as good as 85L II so not sure what is the point comparing it to 85mm f1.8.
