Spent 10 days in Iceland - just got home. What a fantastic trip! Wanted to share a few aurora photos with everyone. Aurora was a 5+ on a couple of the nights - crazy colors and movement.

Beautiful. What is that bright spot in images 1, 2, and 4? Is it a Galaxy?

I'm not sure. I'd have to rely on an astronomy expert to tell us what that is. I'd think maybe Venus?

That or Aliens... LOL!

The shot over Gulfoss is awesome!

Looks like you had some good luck catching the lights - I only had one night of them on my trip a couple years ago, so I'm definitely jealous!

TOTALLY got lucky with weather! Had 4 nights of auroras, mostly sunny days, and it was clear for the eclipse that happened. An amazing trip - I don't want to go back because there is no way the weather could be topped.
