Biking Bag

I am looking for a bag (preferably backpack) for my dlsr while biking. I use my bike in the summer to get around and am sure I will use it to go somewhere where Ill want my dslr. I have a d5200, flash, and a lens maybe 2 (but could live with one). I looked at the timbuk2 espionage but am looking for something smaller. There the Niko Chrome Messanger bag (not the full backpack) but Ive heard only ok things about it and $120 for a bag Id like it better than ok.

It has an additional, small strap, that can be taken out and clipped to stabilize the bag more for things such as biking. I like it a lot because it's an ideal sized bag for most of my camera requiring adventures. I can fit my 6D, 24-70 and 135L easily in the camera compartment; the top compartment can hold filters, snacks, another lens if need be, I've put my rain jacket in there rolled up, etc. Then there's the front and rear pouches which can hold a phone on the front and a tablet, or other misc odds and ends, on the back.

I really like it and the price is very reasonable.

I know that Kata Bags has merged in Manfrotto but you can still get some of their bags. The one in the link http://www.amazon.com …-Torso-Pack/dp/B00433SRT6 is perfect for bike riding. I have one and it holds a gripped Canon camera mounted to a 70-200mm lens along with another lens. There is an auxiliary pocket that you could put your flash in. It is very comfortable and the bag itself is very light but also well-padded. You can wear it on your back or on your chest.

I cannot say enough about how good these bags are. Mine is going on 7 years now, with 4 of those heavy use and the two others I shoot with use this brand too and they hold up super well.
