Would a 360w strobe be enough for weddings and events as main light?

I am looking at the Indra 360 with TTL. Should that be sufficient power (not counting speedlites) for weddings and events? As well as overpowering the afternoon sun?

Afternoon sun - yes

But at 12pm, you need at least 500w

Yes, for most people and shots, that would be plenty. That model has HSS as well, right?
