I went to RIAT airshow last weekend. Gave the lens a great test. Very happy with the way it performed.

I don't like so called street photography if its invasive. Thus the 600mm comes in handy...

Thank you all for the kind words. It is the best wildlife camera I have used but I wish its was apsH like the 1DMKIV which I used and loved.
I could use a bit more reach. The AF is brilliant and I thought the 7D2 was awesome until I used this lens. It is better for birds moving toward me than the 1DIV though. This was my first day out and I used the 150-600 with no MFA and I don't see how it could be better. I have never seen a skimmer eye with this kind of definition. I got this from Adorama in pristine condition with 25,000 actuations for 2399.00 so I just couldn't resist it.

Nothing wrong with the OS as at 600mm and only 1/600 with a dog on a lead and it was windy 1 out 2 attempts.
