When it is 99 degrees, there is a proper way to cool down.

How was it Friday the 6'th? We're 14 miles from the coast and we hit 115. Friends in Phoenix were joking they were cooler. Ugh... Neighbor's A/C went kaboom at 1:40 PM, they were not happy.

I attempted to integrate this with her baked goodies though didn't quite work as thought. I enjoyed the snack and beer anyhow so that was :)

I believe it hit 115° here as well. It's days like these that make me miss living in Redondo Beach. :-)

I was watching a NASCAR race & they said that it was 150-degrees in the cars. So we put on our Nomex long underwear, drivers suit, hood, helmet, gloves & get in those cars & called it FUN! ; D

I snagged this bottle of Pacifico from my neighbor yesterday to try out and placed it in my frig.

Some of the brews are quite unique. Wish I was able to get some of these combo's in my area. Hard enough to get some from 400 miles away let alone from other states where the breweries may not have any distribution available. :-|

Have you tried Mike Hess Brewing? I think they are out of San Diego.
