Fuji XT-1 back button focussing.

Apologies if this has been asked before! I have found a lot of opinions on how to achieve the above. I am aiming to shoot as I do with Canon gear. Half press for AE set and lock, back button for continuous focus and importantly when released nothing changes the set focus. What is the general consensus? I have just updated to Firmware 3.10.

I am asking for your opinions and also the setups you took in the menu's to achieve what you describe.

No idea on the XT-1, but on my when focus is set to manual, AF is still possible with the back button.

I hope this helps. I haven't yet tried any of the recommendations, but I've read some version of them elsewhere, and I'm confident I'll be able to back button successfully.
