lavanut Goldmember More info | Apr 05, 2015 15:45 | #41 Really enjoying all the springtime photos! I got a little behind in replying here... My young Dogwood tree finally had some blooms open this week, just in time for Easter. Lastly, my Forest Pansy Redbud has a few leaves starting to emerge. These leaves are really striking when they're new. Got a little too much distortion around the branch while trying to enhance the color of the sky though. ![]() BTW, the garage door spring was successfully replaced Friday afternoon. They also put safety cables on these in case they ever break, they won't go flying around the garage.I may be fascinated with volcanoes, but the name's Lisa.

You'll see it below. I should know the flower in your shot, but the name escapes me right now. BTW, the garage door spring was successfully replaced Friday afternoon. They also put safety cables on these in case they ever break, they won't go flying around the garage. Thanks, Lisa. You captured that bee, beautifully and I'm glad your garage door is fixed. My picture was of Cirsium vulgare (Bull Thistle). Stina
