You wouldn't know by either the birds or the weather. It snowed again last night :(
1. I think the Redpolls are getting ready to head home for the summer ...

And the Killdeer was regretting its early return to the area...

I know what you mean, Ian. We still have redpolls as well, but it does seem like they're getting ready to split. And that would be a good thing, as I'm just about out of seed for the season. Good shots.

Great stuff Ian ,..but its only March and I know some would like winter to be over with but some of us would like a little more time in the snow lol

It's over 70 degree here today. However, I have been too busy with work stuff that I did not have a chance to visit the local park to see if the male mallards start chasing the female around or not.

Hang in there, Buddy -moving into the 80s here in S. TEXAS so warm is on its way. Even see 70s in my Illinois destination! Loving your posts as always.
