I just read this a few minutes ago and have strong mixed feelings about it. While I agree that it would be nice to make the photo pit a more professional environment, some of the stated "rules" such as being removed for "hail mary" shots, film shooters getting full show access, no soundboard shoots seem a bit out of touch with reality.
I can see this having the opposite effect from what the stated goals are and basically become a blueprint of denying access to many.
