Not sure if I am entirely happy with this black and white conversion but I do like it. :)

Nice scenery Andy. The only thing that jumps out at me is the lack of detail in the free canoe. I wouldn't say it's over exposed, but it is too bright for the rest of the scene. Any chance you can post a re-edit?

Thanks for the feedback. Not sure if I have gone too far the other way now.
I also tweaked some of the colour channels, which has darkened things down a bit.
