If I had to pick one, I can easily say the 50L.

But the 100L engages me in a different way than the 50L, and I love that lens too. Such different purposes for both, but every time I use them they just make me a happy photographer :-)

I have a decent selection of glass and love them all, but my 70-200 2.8L IS just blows me away every time I install it on my 5D MIII. There is just something very special about this lens and has yielded me some of my best shots.

A very close second would be my 85mm F1.2L II.

As of today it's the Sigma 50 Art. As for tomorrow, it's anyone's guess.

My favourite lens is the one I have on the camera at any given moment.

In my experience, lens needs can change more rapidly than the ability to swap. Because of that, I sometimes find that the mounted lens is indeed not my favorite for the moment. Maybe you're a better planner. ;-)a

The 70-300L continues to impress me, and finds its way into my bag often for day-long events. Even after acquiring the 70-200L 2.8 II, which I do find to be magical wide open, I've kept the 70-300L because of its compact size, IQ, and working AF (in outdoor bright light) with the Kenko 1.4 Teleplus Pro 300 extender. I've found it to be a great value, and although I considered selling it after getting the 70-200, I can't seem to part with it.

My favorite lens is usually the one that I saved up for, for months or years, and finally have in my hand. Next lens is about 10yrs, in the future...

My favourite lens is my EF 50mm f/1.4. It's not exactly popular around here, but it does the job for me!

No such thing as a favorite lens in my bag. They are tools and they each get me to what my objective is to achieve.

It is the stroke of luck in my shooting that I get favorite images and it varies to what lens is used.

Without a doubt... my kit fits my needs so they are all my favorite.
