After all the discussion and thoughts I have decided to part company with my strobes and try some continuous lighting. I have a couple of questions, first I have put my equipment up for sale and I want to know opinions on the price I have set, is it too high? Here is the link to the strobes https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=17512347

Next what brand of continuous lighting would you suggest that would be in the price range of what I am asking for my strobes?

There are not a lot of folks in this forum using continuous light, plus you have given zero information regarding your needs and the type of subject you are shooting. It might also help to know why you are changing from strobes to continuous lights.

All of the above is needed to make even a basic recommendation.

I mainly shoot one person up to a small group of say 6 people. I think they would fit my style better than strobes and since I would only be inside I would always have an electrical source for them. Also what is your opinion on the price for my strobes and softboxes?

The strobes look old, but I know nothing about them, I guess you are at about 125 bucks for each of 4 pieces of equipment, which seems reasonable.

I think if you are going continuous, you must be ready to shoot slow SS and big aperture. Especially for groups. Is the discussion you mentioned in the first post a thread on POTN?

Editing my selling prices to reflect the fact that I am willing to selling lighting individually. https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=17515829
