All three are well done. Just my personal taste but I am not a fan of the tilt in the second one. I always feel like I have to tilt to really see this kind of shot.

Beautifully lit, in all 3. I'm not so sure about the tilt either, but that's my only nit.

Very pretty model, she has a striking smile.

I actually like #2 the best.

The way the hair frames the face, lighting is great (the others are a little hot on the hair for me), and "the tilt" actually works for me.

When I read this post I realized I was doing the same thing. Never thought about it before, but now I'll probably be aware of it every time.

Like the first one as she looks pretty relaxed and so happy.

Not sure if you took the tilt or cropped that way, but I shoot with trunks a lot, and I can see where the tilt can be better than straight up and down. So I like all three. These days, I find myself removing the greens and yellows to subdue the green of foliage, but I find her red hair going well with the greens.
