In case you have not been following this case.

This is about the photographer who did not provide an album cover with her base package. Lots of nasty stuff. But she is now fighting back against the bride who tried to run a smear campaign against her on social media. This case is going to be a must read and understand if you own and run a photography business

Good, glad to see she's fighting back. In my opinion, I think the defendant's attorney will try hard to convince client, that a settlement is in their best interest. It will be a lot less damaging and expensive. Take it to trial, and they stand a good chance of making the photographer a millionaire.
