Help Finding San Antonio Skyline Location (and others)

Howdy, all. I am traveling from Jacksonville, FL through Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso on an upcoming trip (also stopping in Big Bend and Gaudalupe Mtn National Parks).

I'm trying to find some good locations for skyline shots of the three big cities. I will only be in each one night, so I need to have a good location scouted out in advance. Any help you can provide would be great.

For San Antonio, I found and fell in love with this location, but cannot for the life of me figure out where it is (other than "north" of downtown. If you recognize the spot, please share
