When the snow sticks to everything, that's when it's time to take a few landscape shots!
Please feel free to comment...good or bad...I'm open to suggestions!

I like the framing of # 1, and the B&W treatment of it in #3. Nice.

Thanks Dale! I like B&W, but I don't think to convert very often...which is odd considering I used to use my darkroom quite often a few years back!

I really like 1 & 2 - I'm not crazy about their b&w versions.

I'm drawn more to #2, can't really put my finger on why - maybe I'm more drawn to the sky than the semi-frozen pond.

Maybe a little weird, I'm not sure why, but I think in #1 I would try and remove the power lines and maybe even the yellow/black sign. However in #2 I think they fit into the scene better. In #2 I think I would clone out the foreground sign (bottom right).

Beautiful scenes, but I'm not wishing for winter! We might actually hit close to 70 this weekend!!! :-D

Thank you! I was trying to find a different angle than the typical shot of a covered bridge.

Thank you! I did ponder with the removal of the signs and power lines, but then I figured my cloning skills were not going to do the photo any favors! I decided to leave the little snowmobile trail sign because I liked the shadow. Odd I know, but I also wanted to preserve the scene as it was too! I did remove a lot of trail markers from the farm photo.
