I like the scene and I'm jealous!. It just feels a little out of focus to me. Personally, I like less saturation to give it a different feel. That's just me though.
Also, did you catch the one in the background peeing? lol

I did have to crop it in a bit and got the same feeling. This was my first attempt at saturation as well! I can see how not as much would give it a bit of a different look! Oh my goodness yes! I saw that as I was editing!

Here is another photo of the same pasture, just a little higher up on the hill!
