Broad Winged Hawk?

Spotted this bird on the way to an appointment yesterday and managed to capture a few images. At first I thought it might have been a Cooper's Hawk but after looking through my I-Bird software I am wondering if it is a Broad Winged Hawk. The dark line through the fourth image is a hydro line that he passed over as I captured it.

Yes. Broad-winged hawk. It's that time of year. I'll have to keep an eye out for them at the park this morning.

Here's a tip. Broad-wings have 3 notched primary feathers. Most other North American Buteos have 4 notched primaries.
