"Land of Waterfalls" Transylvania County, NC

My wife and I spent last week photographing waterfalls in this gorgeous county.
I'll post some of my better captures during the next few days.
Here is a smaller fall, but one of my favorites.

Whitewater Falls, Nantahala National Forest.
At 411' this is the highest waterfall in the eastern U.S.

Both great images, but especially like the second. Was down there paddling in my "past life"; had forgotten how beautiful it is!
