My 1st image and sighting of a Cuckoo!

This chap landed on a dead branch above a reed bed, quite far away. I had to do what I could because of a heavy crop!. Pleased how it turned out!

That's a beauty Alan, very nicely composed. I'd be please with this as well. I've seen Yellow-billed Cuckoos here but they love to stay in the thick of things. Seeing one on a perch like yours would be perfect.

Fantastic image as they are difficult to pin down. I head it yesterday for the first time this year and they will be here until the end of June - so hoping for something as good as this.
