Based on my experience.., if I'll plan again going to DL, I will just bring my 6D+24-70 4L IS. Been there done that. I read numerous pages, researched a lot. You'd be happy with less gear.

Canon 6D | Canon 17-40L | Sigma 12-24ii | Canon 24-70 f/4L IS | Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 VC | Canon 70-300L | Sigma 35 1.4 Art | Canon 85 1.8 | Canon 85 1.2Lii | Canon 135L
Canon 7D | Sigma 50-150 OS

FYI, I ended up bringing my 24-105 but probably could have gotten by with just the 16-35. We are going again in November and I will most likely just bring one lens.

Why not get a G series camera and enjoy being there instead of lugging around a bunch of heavy lenses and camera gear? Personally that's what I'd do and I wouldn't feel bad handing a G15 over to someone to take a family shot of us either. We are planning to go in 2017 and that's all I plan to take is one P&S.

I just got back from Disney and I agree in part that the g15 is perfect most of the time but I always take the DSLR out for a few days and I found the 40 pancake was really not much effort to carry all day. I've been thinking about getting a voightlander 20 pancake to go with the 40 as a light weight fun travel kit.

Taking the 24 or 50 primes was a bit more of a pain but still not bad. I would never lug around a full bag of gear, I usually just pick a lens for the day and go with it.

+1. 40mm on FF, or a 50, would be a perfect length! Not so long you have to foot-zoom very much but not so short you get barrel distortion and fatenize the wifey.
