EOS M3 Owners Post Your Pictures

I was playing around with this shot and set the saturation to zero and not sure if it adds anything to the shot?

I just got myself an M3 yesterday. I got the basic kit with the 18-55 since this is basically a P&S to replace my 550D kit that my gf uses.

I really like it's erganomics and the size is great, really portable (although feels real small in my hands). I've only played around with it a bit but the AF seems fast and accurate.

Here are a couple pics of my kids using the 50mm f1.8 lens shot at f2.8.

I'm pretty strongly considering one of these for a daily walk around and family vacation camera. I am mostly a prime shooter, so I definitely see myself wanting the 22mm. Getting the kit with the 18-55 and adapter and the 22 is only $100 more than getting the M3, adapter and 22 separately. Seems logical to just take the 18-55 for $100.

I definitely want the adapter as I have 35L, 85L, 135L and 17-40L, 24-105L and 70-200 f/4 IS. I have been considering a crop body for an upcoming trip where I will want the extra reach. I will likely rent a 100-400 for the trip. I don't feel that I can justify the 7D2 next to my 5D3, but the M3 looks like it has enough advantages in certain situations.

Loving the sample shots in there and not seeing anything saying it is a bad purchase. Any thoughts?

From the Asbury Park boardwalk a month ago. Second shot was from the inside, pretty decent recovery of the shadows.

nice shots. I'd be careful to keep those lasers away from your sensor. they don't play well together.

have you had a chance to work with tamron's 18-200mm vc pzd? I'm seriously considering selling my ef-m 18-55 and 55-200 in favor of this tamron. I do a fair amont of close-up, garden & horticultural photography - & the tamron's MFD is <20" vs ~3.3' on the 55-200mm. on my next botanical shoot, I intend to use a +3 close-up lens on the 55-300 - but I don't think it will make up for this substantial difference.

After reading tamron reviews I just got second M3 body.
It is not the same as all in one, but much better than changing the lens.
