Kingfishers of Chobe River Botswana

We recently spent 4 days on a houseboat floating up & down the Chobe river. We had a small run - about set up with gimbal heads for photography, these are some of the results.

Thanks, we missed out on land based safari this time. Floating on the boat was quite relaxing.:-)

Great shots!
When i was there I was lucky to see (and photograph in action) the Pied Kingfisher, but did not glimpse any of those other beauties! Very nice series.
