I would write it out, but I just did in another section, so here's a link: https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=17528676

Yes, there are pictures.

EDIT: Almost forgot. I also spent an hour disassembling a Voigtlander Prominent shutter (Synchro-Compur), then putting it back together.

If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

I have a friend who's moving to Idaho today. I've been after her for a while to shoot her, and got to do so yesterday. Not real big on the model/glam thing, but I guess some of the photos are pretty good, and I know she'll be happy with them...

Just shut up and smile...

Received my new 100mm f/2 to use at my daughter's volleyball tournament this weekend. :-)

Sent my 7D in for repairs to the flash hot shoe, so I won't be using anything at my daughter's volleyball tournament this weekend. vmad

I noodled with and uploaded to Flickr two recent pictures, "High-ISO Bear" and "Grassy Berm with Cooling Towers II."

I don't much care for either of them.

I read about what you all did that was photography related. Does that count?

I purchased a 135L from the forums and posted my 70-200 f/4L for sale and I am now going to go read a little more of the forums. That's probably about it for me today.

Yesterday: Cleaned up a mess of body paint from Wednesday night's shoot that ran into the wee hours.

Worked on preparing my wardrobe & props for modeling at a shoot on Sunday.

Charged batteries, cleaned off memory cards, and prepped all my gear for tonight's burlesque show shoot. Planned a bit with one of the performers who wants a specific shot for her pre-show portrait.

Took first test shots in back yard with Mamiya RB67 I bought on eBay from Japan. Took a few digitals too, of the bougainvilleas exploding in my back yard.

I've taken no photos, but I've messaged a bride and done some editing.

Oh, and I gave a Polaroid print to a guy I work with since I have it scanned now.

I installed Lr6 and updates to Ps, Pr, Bridge and CC.

Then I spent 15 minutes cleaning-up the 25GB of leftover temp files so my SSD wasn't full. WTH?

I'm excited to get LR CC installed to mess with the new features.

Did the installer leave a bunch of stuff sitting around? Where? Mac or PC? I hate it when that happens.
